Blue Cheese Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup vinegar red wine
- 4 teaspoons mustard Dijon
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon shallot minced
- 2 ounces blue cheese crumbled
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Stir in shallot and blue cheese.
