Ingredients
- 4 pounds ground beef
- 1 pounds liver frozen
Instructions
- Place the frozen liver in the refrigerator for 1 hour to soften slightly but not thaw. Grate the mostly frozen liver using a box grater.
- Mix the grated liver thoroughly with the ground beef. Divide the meat mixture into five 1-pound portions
- Use immediately or place in one or more freezer-safe containers or bags and refreeze for up to 3 months.
