- Mix herbs and ground pork in a small bowl. Mix with clean hands and make sure the spices are blended well. Form 8 links or 4 large patties.
- Cook on the first side for approximately 3 minutes or until you can see the meat cooking on the edges and the underneath looks a little browned. Rotate a quarter turn and sear another 3 minutes. Turn the sausages again another quarter turn and continue cooking another 3 mintues. Turn one final time and add a couple tablespoons of water and steam for the final 3 minutes.
