Ground Beef Taco Meat
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 large onion diced small
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil or cooking fat of choice
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin (ground)
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Add spices to beef. If you meat is really dry, you might want to add 1-2 Tbsp of water. Stir to fully incorporate.
