Simple Grilled Steak
Ingredients
- 6 ounces strip loin steak or flat iron, top sirloin, flank
Instructions
- Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper or steak seasoning.
- Preheat a grill pan, gas, or charcoal grill to medium high heat. Place the steaks on the heated grill. Grill 3 to 5 minutes per side, depending on the exact thickness of the steaks and how you want the steaks cooked. (Three minutes per side will result in rare steaks).
