Instructions
Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper or steak seasoning.
Preheat a grill pan, gas, or charcoal grill to medium high heat. Place the steaks on the heated grill. Grill 3 to 5 minutes per side, depending on the exact thickness of the steaks and how you want the steaks cooked. (Three minutes per side will result in rare steaks).
Remove the steaks from the grill and let rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
