Almond Flour Pie Crust
Ingredients
- 4 cups almond flour blanched
- 1/2 cup arrowroot powder
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredient in a mixing bowl and work together with your hands to forma dough.
- Divide dough in half and roll out into two individual pie crusts. Use as two single crusts or or a double crust for and 8 or 9 inch pie.
- Press into an 8 or 9 inch pie dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 to 16 minutes for a fully baked crust or, 8 minutes for a par baked crust.
