Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F. Wash grapes and set them on a clean towel to dry.
- Using kitchen shears, snip grapes into individual clusters and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle grapes with the olive oil and gently massage the oil onto the grapes to distribute the oil evenly including the individual grapes that may have fallen off the the stem.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes or until the skin is blistered and the grapes are beginning to burst. (If the grapes are very small check at 15 minutes and if they are very large they may take 25 to 30 minutes).
