Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter or ghee, softened
  • 1/2 cup dill fresh chopped
  • 1/3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed to a course paste
  • 1 lemon finely grated zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork until thoroughly combined. Store in the refrigerator for up to a month or in a the freezer for up to 6 months.
