Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup cilantro fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed to course paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
