trout
smoked (salmon or whitefish are good options)

cup
cream cheese
1/4
cup
mayonnaise

tablespoons
lemon juice

black pepper

chives
fresh, chopped

roe
whitefish (or caviar of choice)
endive, cucumbers, plantain chips, or crackers
(or a variety)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, break up smoked trout with a fork until there are no large chunks.
Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper and stir to thoroughly combine. Stir in chives.
Place in a serving dish and top with roe.
Serve with crackers, plantain chips, sliced cucumber, endive leaves or a variety.
