Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup yogurt plain, lowfat
  • 1 tablespoon oregano finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme fresh leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Add mayonnaise, yogurt, and all the spices to a small bowl and whip with a fork until blended.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and enjoy as dip or salad dressing.
