chicken stock

mixed seafood
calamari, clams, shrimp, mussels, etc.

salmon
cut into chunks

tilapia
(or cod, halibut, etc.), cut into chunks

leeks
(about 1 pound), chopped

cup
white wine
(dry) like pinot grigio

tablespoons
parsley
chopped

teaspoon
salt
to taste
Instructions
Bring broth to a boil over high heat, then lower heat to keep a rolling simmer.
Add seafood, fish and leeks to broth. Cook until seafood is completely cooked and leeks are soft, about 15-20 minutes.
Add wine, parsley and salt. Cook another 5 minutes.
