Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or avocado, walnut, macademia
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or lime juice, or vinegar of choice
  • 1/8 teaspoons black pepper optional
  • 1 pinch salt to taste

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a small jar and shake vigorously to combine. Use the vinaigrette to lightly dress greens or vegetables.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator. When you're ready to use it. Bring the leftovers to room temperature and shake the jar to mix again.
