Ingredients

  • 2 cups cranberry fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to maintain a simmer. Simmer, uncovered for 8 to 10 minuets, stirring occasionally, until most of the berries have popped and the sauce has thickened.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
